I actively maintain ULabel, an open-source web-based tool for image annotation.
I was the lead organizer of the 2019 Kidney and Kidney Tumor Segmentation Challenge (KiTS) associated with MICCAI 2019. You can find more information about this on the KiTS19 homepage.
We are in the process of organizing a second iteration of this challenge in conjunction with MICCAI 2021. More information can be found on the KiTS21 homepage.
