orgI joined the Networking Research Group during my second semester as an undergraduate student under the
mentorship of
Jason Carpenter.
I am broadly interested in mobile network security and availability, Internet access equality, and
privacy in computer networks. In addition to my position as a researcher, I am the Communications
Subsystem Leader at the University's Small Satellite Research Laboratory where I manage and develop the
systems related to information exchange between our satellites and Earth.
I am pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and will graduate in May 2026.
At the beginning of my second year as an undergraduate, I published Examining Interplay of
Compression and Encryption and Applicability to 5G Teleoperations with co-authors
Jason Carpenter
and Dr. Zhi-Li Zhang. I am
currently assisting research efforts with
Dr. Eman Ramadan,
Rostand A. K. Fezeu,
Faaiq Bilal,
and others.
I hold several certifications, some of which are listed below.
I am funded by the National Science Foundation's
Research
Experiences for Undergraduates
(REU) program through Dr. Zhi-Li Zhang's lab. I am also a proud recipient of the University of
Minnesota's Maximillian Lando Scholarship.
I am a student member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), as well as the ACM SIGCOMM, ACM SIGMOBILE, and IEEE Communications Society special interest groups. I'm also a member of the Internet Society and its Interplanetary Networking Special Interest Group.
