Software (matlab): (all codes are documented)

The main Matlab code (function) used is run_multi_line_2D_bioinfo06.m,
It applies the main function find_multi_line_2D_bioinfo06.p (p-coded at this point).
The function MS_Cartoon_curve_movie_new is mentioned in the documentation, but
is not needed if you set the parameter toon = 0.
