This lab was written from scratch in February/March 2002.  Previously there was no lab which dealt with surface integrals of scalar functions.  I intetionally kept this lab short (only two exercises to hand in, generally) to provide some relief from earlier labs, which were much longer.  I made minor updates in April 2004 -- new exercises, a bit of LiveGraphics3D stuff, etc.

More updates made by Rob Edman in April 2005. Just updated to reflect the new book.

The First example was previously labeled "Example 5.6.2", and has been changed to "An Example". The problem is unchanged and was taken from Barr p.342
