This paper ("Inclusive νp and νn charged-current neutrino reactions below 6 GeV") has some important neutrino cross section data, but the scan on the web is rather poor. Here's a scan of a photocopy of a paper version which, despite being JPEGed by the scanner available to me, is much easier to extract information from. I give two independent scans so that you can average the results of pixel counting.
SJ Barish et al published papers in 1977 (see above) and 1979 giving cross section data. Here's a comparison of the data in the two papers; clearly they are not independent. I created it by counting pixels in scans of their plots. The shorter error bars are mostly hidden inside the dots and so the lengths shown here are very sketchy.
