Haluk Bayram is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the department of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota under the supervision of Prof. Volkan Isler. His research interests include target tracking and localization, multirobot communication, task allocation, and precision agriculture. After receiving his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Isil Bozma and Prof. Aysin Ertuzun in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey in 2013, he continued working as a Post-Doctoral in the same laboratory until 2014.

During his PhD studies he worked as a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He participated in the design and implementation of multirobot system and educational robot.
